I have space for a few more clients in my monthly program. Your program is based on your goals (get off sugar, lose weight, get healthier etc.) and includes a completely personalized and custom nutrition plan and exercise plan with as much change and support as you need. Daily if need be. I have clients that like to text me after their workout or to let me know they had a good day of eating. I love that! You will feel supported in your fitness journey.
All communication is done through email. We can also text and do a monthly phone call if you want that. Unless you are local then I will be happy to meet with your smiling face in person!
The nutrition plan is done a couple of different ways. Some people like to count calories, some don't. I respect that. I get crazy when I count calories! You don't need to but your plan will have that option. You do need to be committed though, and do what I tell you to do to get results. And you WILL get results if you do what I tell you to do. Your plan will include a customized shopping list and foods that you are allowed to eat. I don't do detoxes, cleanses or diets. I do lifestyle. You don't have to give up anything forever, but to get results you need to cut back, or give it up for awhile. Believe me it will be worth it!
The training can be done at a gym or at home. You will get a customized workout based on your goals and the equipment you have available. I will change the workout as needed, as your body changes.
